Rose water

Rose water is a floral and fragrant water used in almost every oriental sweet. It is also used outside the kitchen, as a natural facial toner.

Suggestions: Use rose water to flavor your dairy-based desserts (panna cotta, rice pudding, etc.), oriental sugar syrup (qater), ice creams/sorbets, cakes, drinks and fruit salad.
