Salt crystals (fleur de sel)

Salt has been produced in natural sea ponds in Anfe since the Phoenician days, it is the best there is. Forget about industrial salt and chemcal NaCl, this is pure natural salt crystals produced from seawater.

Suggestions: use salt crystals - fleur de sel - for an elegant finish for your salads, steaks, baked goods, and even desserts (think caramel and chocolate). Our favorite is a buttered toast, topped with honey and a little sprinkle of salt crystals.
