A staple in Lebanese cuisine. Bulgur is the result of cracking wheat kernels into different sizes. This fine size is used in tabbouleh and to make kibbeh.

Suggestions: This is the perfect bulgur for the undisputed tabbouleh salad and all kebbeh dishes. Soak for 15 mins in lemon juice for tabbouleh, or in water for raw kibbeh.
