Mini Karake

Embark on a nostalgic journey of aromas. The Mini Karake is a basic essential that you need in your kitchen!  Encapsulating the essence of home, this innovative design permits you to cook up some staples of Levantine cuisine: rose water, orange blossom water, and many more!

There are 6 main elements in this kit:

1. The condenser: used to cool down & condense the vapor 
2. The boiling container: holds the starting materials and water (capacity approx. 3,8L)
3. The strainer: keeps starting material dry for steam distillation
4. The nozzle: used to drip the distillate into a recipient
5. The linen sealer: used to trap the vapor to avoid leaks
6. The faucet: used to drain the melted ice or warm water
