Tangy tahini-based sauce found in Middle Eastern cuisine. A seasoning served with shawarma, falafel and fish. Also goes well with salads and grilled vegetables.

Ingredients: Water (59.6%), tahini (roasted hulled SESAME seeds (origin: Sudan)) (39%), salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
