Mini Saj Kit

From Lebanon to the world!

A portable version of the traditional saj, complete with the necessary tools for an authentic and nostalgic at home experience, adapted to the modern kitchen.

The kit includes:

1. The mini saj
2. The travel pouch which inverts into a "tara", a traditional pillow on which the dough is extended, easing its transfer onto the hot saj
3. The spatula which doubles as a handle
4. The maintenance manual which also contains teta's recipe for the yummiest manoushe dough!

The Saj is made of Carbon Steel.
The Saj's diameter is 27 cm.
The Tara's diameter is 30 cm.
