Sundried chili paste
This is chili dried under the sun, then turned into a dry paste. Not only it adds a balanced heat to your dishes, but loads of flavor as well. This is the perfect condiment to use if you are looking for that extra little something in your dishes.
Suggestions: Add a spoonful to your stews, marinades, or dips (think mouhammara). It is also your best friend for toasted sandwiches. Our friend Moe once added it to his grilled cheese sandwiches. From that point plain grilled cheese seemed dull.
