Wild Thyme (for Infusion)

Why stick to classical tea, when you can enjoy our very much loved zaatar as an infusion. Try it, and you will thank us later. It is effective in clearing a soar throat and in clearing a congested nose when inhaled.

Suggestions: Infuse in hot water. Wild thyme can also be used to infuse thyme flavor in sauces, by placing it in a small piece of cloth pouch.
